I am afraid we can’t check your site with that account. We don’t have access to anything. I have asked for an account with already made purchases, so we can test the download invoice functionality. Also, it looks like your default woocommerce pages are not set properly – there is no account link in the header, the cart and checkout pages are not set etc. Even your shop page is not set properly. Also, it looks like you are using some kind of product addons plugin, but the “AJAX add to cart on single product page” is enabled, which may also cause problems with the orders. Please, provide an account where we can test the download invoice functionality. An account with already made purchase (even if it’s a test order).
