UPDATE:

The problem is related with LAFKA ORDER HOURS –> Time Zone –> UTC “in my case AMÉRICA:SÃO PAULO”

if i set Time Zone diferent of UTC this problem occurs –> https://ibb.co/wNHw8BJ
