I am afraid we can’t just guess what could be wrong by looking at a picture.

However, the reason is most probably in your WooCommerce database (e.g. if the site was built on older version of WooCommerce and then updated several times).

What you can try is to run Recount Terms and Regenerate Product Lookup Tables under WooCommerce > Status > Tools (nothe that depending on the number of products it may take some time – 10-15 minutes).

Hope this helps. If the problem persists after that, please provide temporary admin access to your site, so we can check if there is something else wrong.
