We have found the problem with the visible button. We have applied a fix in your custom CSS section in the customizer until we release and update.

As for the missing countdown – there are many (90+) JS errors on your website, so the countdown script can’t initialize. The reason is most probably some custom script you have somewhere or a conflicting plugin, but we can’t tell exactly where it is.
