You have set really big logo image. Usually the logo images should be small.
Also it looks like you’ve set up the blog as a home page. You can select home page from the WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading. This is also not theme related.

We would suggest you to learn more on working with WordPress in general and also using the WPBakery Page Builder : https://wpbakery.com/video-tutorials/
