ParticipantHello, First, I would like to say thank you for the wonderful theme But, unfortunately I had a problem in my theme with Lafka Add-Ons and in my Product page. before everything was worked perfect and normal now I will tell you what happened.
On a product page when I try to put an extra option as mandatory it doesn’t work when the customer tries to order and proceed to the checkout page. The page says an error message of ” option is a required field.” and my customer is unable to proceed with the purchase.
Please follow the Screnshot: https://imgur.com/cYu9WcV and https://imgur.com/6Pxg9Oh
For the second problem, every time I load the products in my category, the image of the last product does not appear as it occurs in this screenshot: https://imgur.com/K38F0pF
And when I open the product, the image is there (https://imgur.com/aRnHZMA). And this is only happening in the category of burgers on my website.
How can I resolve this error? I need urgent help because I am late on my release date because of this error, thank you very much!!!

KeymasterHi ciadecomunicacao,
I am afraid we can’t just guess what could be wrong by looking at pictures.
However, as we already suggested in the ThemeForest comments area, it looks like you’re using an old version of the theme with the latest WordPress and WooCommerce.
Lafka Plugin v.3.3.4 is really old. The current version of the theme plugin is 4.1.0. Most probably the theme itself is not up to date too. The current theme version is 2.1
Most probably you just need to update the theme and/or all it’s plugins (including the Lafka plugin) and clear your browser cache.
As for the missing image, we’d need to see the problem “live” in order to tell what could be wrong there, so please provide a working link were we could check the problem..
BTW, if you’re happy with the theme and support, we’d really appreciate if you take the time to rate it on ThemeFores. You can do this in your Downloads page – https://themeforest.net/downloads (the small stars bellow the green “Download” button). It helps us a lot to keep improving the theme and adding new features.

ParticipantI already rated you on the themeforest. Thank you for answering me. Could you tell me how I can update everything? Because when I try to put my token on Evanto Market plugin, it never works.

KeymasterHi Carlos,
If for some reason you can’t setup the Envato Market plugin properly, you may also manually update the theme. Just download the latest theme files and upload them on your server via FTP. The manual procedure is explained in the theme documentation here:
https://althemist.com/docs/lafka/#!/theme-update
May be you’re using an old version of the Envato Market plugin, and that’s why you can’t connect to Envato API. In this case, you can download and manually install the latest version here:
https://envato.com/market-plugin/
It’s tested and it works fine.
Should you have more questions, just let us know and thank you for your review on ThemeForest. 🙂

KeymasterHello ciadecomunicacao,
Exactly where do you get that error?
We have just tried to reorder an old order and everything seems fine. Upon clicking on “order again” button, all products were added to the cart successfully and we were able to finish the checkout process.
Please, give us more details on this problem.
