    Hi Dimitar,

    I have a small but quite important suggestion. It is regarding the Action Buttons in the Checkout Flow. I am referring to the following buttons that shoppers use to complete the purchase flow.

    1) Add To Cart button on Product Page: https://screenpresso.com/=Yexmg
    2) Proceed To Checkout button on Cart Page: https://screenpresso.com/=GHfkf
    3) Place Order button on Checkout Page: https://screenpresso.com/=O1zog

    Below are my suggestions:

    a) Make the label font size on the button much larger. Note that in the screenshots above, I have already added custom CSS to increase the button label font size. Originally, they are too small, especially on Mobile device.

    b) Make the Place Order button on Checkout Page to be the same color as the action buttons on Product Page and Cart Page. The benefit is to offer shopper a consistent and natural indication of the next step / next action.

    Please consider the above.

    Please discuss with your team and let us know if you may plan to implement these suggestions.

    Thanks again for listening to your clients 🙂

    Hi Andrew,

    We will discuss button’s colors with the team. As for the font size issue – I am afraid it’s just the font you chose. EB Garamond is known to handle font sizes badly. We already discussed this about a year ago. May be you just forgot about that.

    There are tons of google fonts looking almost or exactly the same. If it’s really important to use EB Garamond, than the only option would be custom CSS tunning on these. I hope you understand we can’t set default sizes that would look ridiculous with any other font. For example – the font size on our site (running on Rigid theme) is smaller than yours, yet it looks approx. twice as bigger.

    Regards,
    Dimitar

    Hi Dimitar,

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, I remember you mentioned EB Garamond doesn’t handle sizes well.

    Currently, we are testing various other fonts. One thing I noticed is for some fonts, such as Helvetica or Verdana, on the Checkout Page, the Cart Summary box will run to the bottom. Perhaps you can looking into fixing this.

    Another question. Do you know if there is a way to “increase” all (or most) font sizes on the entire site via a few lines of custom CSS style?

    Thanks again and have a great day ahead 🙂

    Hi Dimitar, just sharing some preliminary findings. I found a way to increase the font size in the entire site without messing up the layout. Below is the custom CSS. I am still testing more to see if it works everywhere properly.

    body {
    font-size-adjust: 0.5;
    }

    Update: It seems like font-size-adjust does not work on Mobile device at all. I thought I found a way to easily solve the font size issue, but apparently not.
