hello, i want to add custom field for example ‘availability: 1-3 days’, i will add it as custom field, but how i will show it under the stock status?

I am afraid there is no easy way to do this. You can either search for a plugin which can do the job OR alternatively you can use our custom “Product Promo Info Tooltips”. You can set our promo tooltips under Theme Options shop, but keep in mind they are set globally (for all products) and also you can only place them on the following positions:

Above the price
Bellow the price
Bellow Add to cart button.

do you have a code in order to show the custom field in the product if custom field exist

I am afraid no. This is far beyond the scope of technical support. You’d probably need to hire a developer.
