Will you please let me know how to add a new menu just below the Main menu? I’d also like to keep it visible when scrolling just like the Main menu.

Hi ChromieHomie,

I am afraid that would not be possible. In WordPress you can only add menus to pre-defined positions (e.g. top menu, main menu, footer menu). Alternatively you can add a custom menu in content areas and sidebars using a Menu widget, but not in templates like the header, footer etc.

Is there a way to make the custom menu horizontal instead of vertical? Or, if I add more items to the Main menu, is there a way to have them list horizontally in a responsive way? Now when I add more items they seem to clutter up on a single line and become unreadable.

I am afraid no. The only way to have a large number of links is to organize them in a mega menu.
