Example:

A customer decides to build their own pizza.

They are then shown all of the toppings (addons).

If they choose 1 topping, the cost is pizza + $0.75
If they choose 2 toppings, the cost is pizza + $1.25
etc…

If this isn’t possible, is there any way to set the toppings/group options (addons) in a select/dropdown instead? Then I can simply create multiple “groups” (Topping 1 group, Topping 2 group, etc).

I am afraid taht would not be possible. The addons prices are fixed. They can’t be changed dynamically. The only option for dynamic prices of the addons would be if you set different price for different product variation, but it can’t be quantity based.
