Hi, i switched on add-ons in theme settings and create them but don’t see it in order process.
First i saw them, later didn’t find in mobile version, and not don’t see them anymore.

Your addons were not assigned to any products. There is a selector in the addons group settings. I have now assigned them to the Pizza category and everything works fine:
