    Not really sure what do you mean, as your screenshots are not public. We can’t see them. Please, change the permissions, so we can see what’s wrong.

    I am afraid that’s not theme related. If using a custom made mobile app, you’d need to consult that with your app developer and ask why they are not pulling the entire order data.
