ResolvedAdd to cart Button disappeard

    Hello,

    suddently my “add to cart” button disappeard. I need help to get it back asap.

    I didnt make any changes oder edits. It just disappeard some days ago from alone.
    I tried to fix it with the possible tools but couldn’t solve it.

    On the single product page, it’s missing because you have this custom CSS added somewhere:

    form.cart button.single_add_to_cart_button, form.cart .quantity {
        display: none !important;
    }

    For the product listings, we can’t really say without admin access to your site.

    Looking the CSS code above it looks like you (or someone who work on your) site did something.

    If you give is temporary admin access we can try investigate more.

    Of course you can get the Admin access to fix the Problem by yourself. How do You want to get username and Password?

    Hi abbas.holic,

    Still can’t find the exact reason, but e noticed you are using an extremely old version of the theme (2.5.3.1). The current theme version is 3.1.3 and there have been 9 new versions since 2.5.3.1 was released (it’s almost 2 years old).

    Can’t tell if that’s the reason, but this is the first thing to do, because the 2.5.3.1 version is not even compatible with latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions.

    Please, update the theme and all of it’s plugins (including the Lafka plugin). If the problem persists after that we will try to investigate further.

    Also, you may need to run the Recount Terms and Regenerate Product lookup Tables scripts under WooCommerce > Tolls when the update is done.

    How can I exactly update the theme?

    Dont want to risk to delete it all

    The easiest way would be to use the official Envato Market Plugin. It’s included with the theme, so you can easily install it under Appearance > Install Plugins.

    Alternatively, you may download the latest files from ThemeForest, unzip the theme and manually upload the files via FTP.

    Don’t forget after the theme update, you’ll also need to update all of it’s plugins (including the Lafka plugin). You’ll find them again under Appearance > Install Plugins page.

    You had the YITH WooCommerce Catalog Mode plugin installed and activated. That’s what the plugin do – hiding purchase options, so the site is used as catalog only.

    It’s now disabled and everything works fine.

    Just one additional question: When I click on „Order“ Button it opens the product Site, But it should not Open. How can I turn this off?

    Not really sure what do you mean by “it opens the product Site”. Could you, please explain more?
