Your store seems to be currently closed, so we can’t test what could be wrong there.

For the best shipping method – the option “Show only lowest cost shipping method” is NOT enabled on your site. (the first option under Stora Settings > Livrasion)

As for the address auto-complete – this feature only works in the location confirmation popup. It’s not available in the standard chekout address field.

I have 4 delivery modes :
Pickup delivery
Maximum radius 3km
Maximum radius 5km
Maximum radius 10km
When i checkout whith an address under 3Km of distance, the plugin display only Pickup delivery mode (normaly it display Pickup delivery + Maximum radius 3km modes).

Did you read the plugin documentation and the helper texts in the plugin settings?

Show only lowest cost shipping method available (Note that if you have set default WooCommerce Local Pickup shipping method it will always be shown, so it’s better to use the theme pickup option)

In this case, as the local pickup shipping method is free, it’s the only option shown in the form as it’s costs is the lowest available.

I set delivery address for my order = Shop address
I have 4 delivery modes :
1) Bergerac Centre 3 Km – Radius 3km from the shop Cost 5€
2) Bergerac Centre 5 Km – Radius 5km from the shop Cost 7€
3) Bergerac Centre 10 Km – Radius 10km from the shop Cost 10€
4) Bergerac Centre 15 Km – Radius 15km from the shop Cost 12€

Normal it display the lowest rate : Bergerac Centre 3 Km (1) BUT it display the wrong one : Bergerac Centre 10 Km (4)
However, the cost is good 5€

How can I do it, Do I need to use the branch location feature?

You can’t use your shop address as delivery address. This field is for the client’s billing address. It’s not theme related, it’s how WooCommerce work.

As for the local pickup – yes, in order to use it, you’d need to setup at least one branch and the location confirmation popup.

The plugin don’t display the good delivery mode.

You don’t have any branches on your website. I have already explained that you’d need to have at least 1 branch with an address in order to use those features. In your case the system can’t calculate the distance, because there is no starting point (branch address)
