    Hey guys,

Is there a feature to select custom fonts through rigid settings? If not, can this feature be added?
Also the ‘Contact Us’ form it doesn’t work

    Hi itsupport,

No, I am afraid we don’t have such an option. The theme only works with Google Fonts.

Could you please give us more details on the Contact form problem? Exactly what doesn’t work?

    Regards,
    Dimitar

    Thanks for the reply Dimitar.

The contact form in your site is not working properly, we tried first to contact you there but it redirects to page with 0 (zero) respond, the form itself is not send.

So one of the main reasons to buy this theme was one of your respond to a user regarding custom fonts on themeforest’s comments tab. Namely it was 8 months ago on which your respond regarding the custom fonts as feature would be added in next update of the theme. We thought that feature was implemented taking into consideration the period of 8 months ago.

Could you please at least extend that feature with some hook, which we can use it in functions.php and loading the custom fonts within the theme’s settings?

    Thanks,
    Goran

    Hi Goran,

Yes, I’ll discuss with the team if we can add the custom fonts feature in an update next week. As for the contact form – we have just tested and it works absolutely fine on our end. Most probably there was a temporary outage in the anti-spam API we use.

    Hello Dimitar,

Thanks for taking into consideration and giving us prompt solution regarding Custom Fonts. Could we have any feedback regarding it? Also for the layout of the theme, namely the full-width layout won’t stretch the contents in full width, they still are boxed with fixed width! We believe that setting should stretch entire page in full width. It is a setting that we want to use in our child theme. Also we noticed the export/import buttons won’t work at all.

    Thanks,
    Goran

    Hello Goran,

We are still working on the custom font adding feature. Will let you know when it is ready. Sorry for the delay.

The import and export options are working fine on our end.

Could you give us access so we can check for all your issues on your site? You can use “Set as private reply” for the temporary account details.

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hey Alex,

We have fixed the export/import buttons, it was deactivated unintentionally. Thanks nevertheless for offering to help. We are looking forward the update regarding the Custom Fonts.
Also regarding the full width layout, which we mentioned in previous post. We are fixing it with Custom CSS (provided in General Settings) and we don’t like to be using custom css to be fixing that as we cannot go full-width with the slider.

    Hi Goran,

The fullwidth setting you refer to is a different setting. It’s meant to set the site to fullwidth or boxed, where fullwidth would allow you to use fullwidth row elements. It’s not the entire site that goes fullwidth, but only allows the page builder to use stretch row. Hope this makes it clear. Also, you can set the shop and blog pages to fullwidth by default, but for all other pages it must be done manually with the use of the page builder.

    Hope it’s more clear now.

    Regards,
    Dimitar
