I have the LAFKA theme in my web site: https://theroomservices.com/

Some addresses did not work in my installation, but work at the theme, such as 7206 Rambling Water Way, Windermere, FL, 34786

Please type your address and select suggestion or click on \”Use current location…\”.

And if I tried to Get My Location in am getting a message that could be more useful for the end user: ERROR(1): User denied Geolocation

But, the most important is fix the problem with address that when I typed showed up automatically and I know are actual address but the system did not recognize.

Hi leonardo,

This may happen in areas where Google doesn’t have the full address data. In your case it may help if you enable the option “Allow Partial Address” under Lafka Shipping Settings > Branch Locations. This is not theme related, it’s the Google real-time response

As for the “User denied Geolocation” – this simply means you should allow the browser to use geolocation.

Thanks for your answer!!! I use the same address at your demo the same address works and the address comes from the pre filling so Google has the address, can you please help me to solve this issue ?

The address works on our demo, because we have the “partial address” option enabled. Just enable it on your site.
