In which file can I change the appearance of the display of the topic preview in the blog when layots “Mansory tiles in wide+sidebar”?
I need to see the preview of my picture always, more clearly or without shadows. A title at the bottom of the preview.

KeymasterNo need to edit a specific file. Just add your custom CSS either in a childe theme’s style.css OR in the customizer (Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS). However, note that this would not be an easy job to do. You’d need to rewrite many classes and also use page specific classes. Otherwise it may affect other pages and elements (e.g. related posts, latest posts content element etc.)

KeymasterNo, there is no plugin that can help. As I already explained, this can only be changed with CSS.
Alternatively, you can just change the blog style from masonry to mosaic or standard:
