ParticipantHello, where can I change the appearance of the category, the location of the product category and other category options?
I currently have them displayed above the “shop” page.
In addition, the categories form two lines, which does not look good.
I searched for this in Products -> Attributes but there it is empty.Below screen

KeymasterHello Gromin,
I am afraid I don’t really understand. What do you call “the category” and what is “the location of the product categor”.
On the screenshot I can only see the site main menu?
Please explain more.

Participantthis is not a menu, these are product categories. I would like to change their location. they are currently at the top of the page, I want to put them on the left

KeymasterNo matter if they are product categories or page or whatever – the only thing I see in the screenshot is the themes main menu links (DOMKI DLA LALEK etc.)
Please, give us more details. Where on the left? I just don’t understand exactly what do you want to achieve. Also, please note that showing a partial screenshot doesn’t help much. Please, provide a working link to your site and better explanation with examples, so we can help.

KeymasterThese on the screenshot are not categories. These are product attributes in a filter. You’d need to create those attributes, assign them to products and place the filter widgets in the filter widget area.

KeymasterHello Gromin,
This is not theme related. It’s a core WooCommerce functionality. Here is a good video guide:

KeymasterHello Gromin,
this is your previous screenshot, that’s why we are confused:
The new screenshot just shows the standard WooCommerce “Product Categories” widget placed in a standard sidebar on the shop page. As for the main menu – the categories are there, because someone placed them there. Just edit the main menu and remove them.
