1. How can I assign an email address to a shop?
2. How do I prevent the various shops from having full access to the backend, or is there a special backend for site managers for the shops

Hi rene,

1. For each shop you can assign user as a branch manager. The new order e-mail for that branch would go to the branch manager email.

2. I am afraid this can’t be avoided. Brancha managers would have the same rights as the Shop Manager WooCommerce role, so they would be able to see and manage everything a shop manager can. You could probably manage that with a special plugin for user roles, but there are no such settings in the theme itself.

In each branch settings there is an option to assign existing user as branch manager.
