ParticipantGaps for bloa page of masonry. Not able to respond to the original request through this forum. My submission is being viewed as spam when posting the login for my site. So I’m now creating a ticket here.

KeymasterHi Chanelle,
The system probably blocks you because of the number of links. Try to post them in separate replies when you have more than 3 links to post.
I have manually whitelisted your account in the anti-spam system, so you should be able to post now.

KeymasterHello Chanelle,
There is really no need to write messages using ALL CAPS.
We have already explained (repeatedly) that:
1. The Masonry Post Grid is not the blog and can not be used as a blog. It is a content element showing a selection of posts. It’s not even theme related. It’s part of the WP Bakery Page Builder.
2. The setting under Settings > Reading is not for the blog page. It is for “posts in a feed” as the option name suggests! (rss feed, atom feed etc.)
The only way to get short excerpts is to place them manually in the excerpt field for each post. We have already explained this numerous times. In the original theme with the masonry layout you should not have excerpts at all. The reason you see them is a custom modification on your web site.
