    hi, i have a problem, it seems that the branch manager (shopper role) is not receiving the email for the order

    Hello Carmine,

    So sorry for the late reply.

    The branch manager will have the same privileges as the shop manager. Make sure the checkbox for branch manager e-mails is not enabled. It works in reversed logic. If the checkbox is ENABLED the branch manager would NOT receive mails.

    hello, unfortunately it doesn’t work, I have already performed all the procedure in your guide.

    i have tried enabling all capabilities to the store manager, but that also doesn’t seem to work.

    can you do a test?

    Hi carmineguercio,

    We have already tested this on our end and it works fine. Could you, please give us temporary admin access to your site, so we can check the setup?
