Hi,
In Lafka Theme I have the ability to setup a global “Open Hours Periods” under “WooCommerce -> Lafka Order Hours” which applies for the whole website and separate “Open Hours Periods” per Branch, under “Product -> Lafka Branch Locations”.

Unfortunately Lafka Theme ignores the second setting.

How can this be implemented?

Sounds like you forgot to enable the checkbox “Override Global Order Hours Settings” in the branch settings.
