    Hi, may I know why Branch manager assigned still able to see other branches order details? what role shall I set under the branch manager ID?

    Hi jscheok,

    Happy New Year and sorry for the late reply.

    The Branch Manager is using the same privileges as the standard WooCommerce “Shop Manager” role. By default the branch manager will only see it’s branch’s orders, but they can also check others too, as this is how WooCommerce roles work.
