Hello, when i assign specific branch to branch manager (Shop Manager User Role), i don’t receive an email notifications if there is new order related to this branch, how. can i enable this feature plz ? Despite when i log in as shop manager, i only see orders related to my assigned branch and also as an. admin i receive all new orders email notifications

I am afraid this can’t be avoided. It’s not plugin related, it is how WooCommerce work. The system only sends mail to the shop administrator. The branch manager only receives the push notifications for new orders.

We will check with the team if it’s technically possible to make branch manager to receive the new orders mail too.

I even can’t find the push notifications, there is no notification received to the branch manager when new order placed, where can I expect the notifications ? Also plz work on this feature to be done in my shop as it is very logic and mandatory to me

We discussed this with the team and the e-mail notification to branch managers will be included in the next update.

As for the browser push notifications, it’s explained in the theme documentation how to enable it.

When it will be the next update ? And I need any kind of notifications when the branch manager is offline and not opening the desktop .. what it can be ?

1. We still can’t give you any strict ETA.

2. I am afraid that would not be possible. You can use the official WooCommerce mobile app, but it would not work with our branches. Only administrators will get them.
