ResolvedBranch’s Are Not Receiving E-mail

    I am done setting up the branches but if a user places an order on a particular branch, the email still goes to the general email instead of the branch email. Please how do I fix that? Thank you

    I am afraid this can’t be avoided. It’s not plugin related, it is how WooCommerce work. The system only sends mail to the shop administrator. The branch manager only receives the push notifications for new orders.

    We will check with the team if it’s technically possible to make branch manager to receive the new mail orders too.

    Yes, we already discussed this and it’s technically possible. We will add the functionality in the next update.
