ParticipantHi,
Since update 3.9.5, icons on top right menu (cart, search, menu) disappeared leaving only squares see here : https://www.latribudesidees.fr/
Worst of all, the mobile version is completly broken and is not responsive anymore. Problem only appears when I update theme. Also got a bug from the banner module of the page builder which made images appear full width instead of columns. I had to backroll multiple times. I was hoping this update would solve the bug but it seems not. Decided to contact you here because I can’t leave it this way.

KeymasterHi Mic,
Looks like there are some JS errors on your site.
When you update the theme, navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins page and make sure all plugins (including the Zass plugin) are up to date too. After that you may need to clear your site and browser cache.
When you do all this and if the problem persists, please provide temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong.

KeymasterHi Mic,
It was broken due to your caching settings. Most probably some of your additional plugins is incompatible with some of the Autoptimize features. We have adjusted it to less aggressive caching and everything is now OK. Also, in the Autoptimize and WP Super Cache you had some features enabled that should always be disabled on a WooCommerce powered website. They are now fixed.
None of the problems were caused by the theme update. Just wrong caching and optimization settings.

ParticipantHello,
Thank you very much, that was fast. I had a look at the settings, but couldn’t find the right ones.
