Resolvedcan’t import demo

    Hi there,

    I purchased the theme today and installed it on a fresh WordPress. I cannot import the demo. The site is importing for about an hour and then fails. The database is filled with almost 100.000 postmeta entries. What can I do?

    Looks like an endless loop. The postmeta table is flooded with identical entries…

    Hi Kevin,

    There is definitely something wrong there. Looks like there is something wrong with your hosting server settings. However, we managed to import everything except the menus.

    Could you, please try to temporarily downgrade your PHP version to 7.4?

    PHP is now at 7.4

    That was my first try, same result, then switched to PHP 8.0 just to check if it’s better. Now back at 7.4

    I also suspect the server settings but couldn’t find anything special about this vhost (there are lots of other wordpress based vhosts on that server, several of which used demo content importers in the past, so it should be nothing fundamental). I am the server admin here, so I have full control. I’m glad to provide more information on your requesst.

    We’ve found similar issue when testing locally.

    We will investigate and fix and release update in a couple of days.
