ParticipantHi, we have a multicurrency shop set up and default currency is set to EUR (used on english version) and secondary to RSD (used on Serbian version). However, when someone clicks “Add to cart” on Serbian version, the cart pop-up displays the price in EUR. I’ll provide the screenshot which will help clarify the issue.

KeymasterHello Mivel,
this looks like a compatibility problem. Which plugin you use for multicurrency?

KeymasterHello Mivel,
The theme was optimized and tested numerous times to work with WPML flawlessly. Our team is checking this scenario at the moment and we will let you know what we found as soon as possible.
Could you, please check if the same happens when you disable the cart in header and enable it as a standard woocommerce widget in sidebars?
Leaving the topic status “In progress” for now.

KeymasterHello Mivel,
Our dev team is still trying to replicate and diagnose the problem with WPML. Our lead developer Alex will be in touch, probably later today.
As for the expired support period (the license would never expire) – I am afraid this is not something we can control. Our system is directly connected with the Envato API and they limit the access to support automatically. Of course we will provide help and solution (if it turns to be theme related), but you wouldn’t have access to the forums without a valid support extension and this is the only place where we can provide help.

KeymasterHello Mivel,

Thanks,

KeymasterHello Mivel,
I’ve looked at your set up and see that all plugins and the theme are not updated from a long time.
They are all from May – June 2019.Please updated everything and try again.

KeymasterHello Mivel,
Thanks for your patience and thanks for reporting this.
It appeared actually to be known issue with multicurrencies in WooCommerce Multilingual and all kind of AJAX calls. You can check here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/mini-cart-not-showing-correct-currency/
Those issues will be resolved partially by updating all WPML plugins to its latest versions and partially by our next update.
After updating all WPML plugins please do following:
Go to WPML -> Languages -> Activate the Ajax cookie.- > Save the changes. So, expect our update in the next few days, until the end of the week.
