Hi,

I have 2 concerns:

1.) When I add a product to the cart and then open it, the cart closes automatically after 2-3 seconds. In any variant. (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet, etc.)
-> Video

2.) If you click during these 2-3 seconds from point 1 on shopping cart or checkout comes the error message that the cart is empty. This is of course an absolute no-go.

Hi Dominic,

most probably wrong WPRocket settings. No matter which caching solution you use, the cart and checkout pages must be excluded from caching.

Ive set the Cart and Checkout Page to “never cache this page”.

Now ive tried; its the same failure…

At the moment everything seems fine to me on your website. The products are added to the cart normally and they don’t disappear.
