Hello , can you please help me? The purchase button from the add to cart menu doesn’t work . When i add a product to cart , i can’t press the order button , it disapeard. Might be an error . Thank you.

Look , try to order this product. It will apear in the shopping cart, but you can’t place the order.
If you enter the cart , it will only apear the product and that’s it. You can’t place the order, the command for this doesn’t exist. Try to buy an product , and place the order. The problem is in the shopping cart when you try to place the order.

So in the shopping cart, apart from the product and the price, there are no more subtotals, total and send the order. So the order cannot be sent. Spercaamfost more explicit. Thanks.

Hi Hi robert_elvis2000,,
As I suspected the Lafka Order Hours functionality is enabled, but you don’t have working hours specified there, so your store is permanently closed.

Hi robert_elvis2000,
The easiest way to update the theme is to install and configure the official Envato Market plugin (you can find it on the Appearance > Install Plugins page. When it’s done, you’ll have automatic updates that are 100% save.
On the same page you can see if some of the theme plugins (including the Lafka Plugin) needs to be updated.

It’s not set correctly at the moment. Actually the problem is not in your settings actually. It looks like your hosting settings are not correct. When you check the Envato Market plugin page there is a message there:
Failed to connect to the Envato API. Please contact the hosting providier with this message: “The Envato Market WordPress plugin requires TLS version 1.2 or above, please confirm if this hosting account supports TLS version 1.2 and allows connections from WordPress to the host api.envato.com”.
So, you should probably contact your hosting support and ask them for assistance.
Alternatively, you may update it manually via FTP. The procedure is explained here:
