ParticipantHi there support team,
We use this theme for one of our best performing b2c client.
Recently, we found a bug where the pop-up is empty after adding product to cart as shown in the video below.
Could you help us figuring out this issue?
Best regards,
Desar,

KeymasterHi Desar,
I am afraid we can’t tell what could be wrong by looking at a video. Please, provide a working link where we can check the problem “live”.

ParticipantHi Althemist,
In the video, after the add-to-cart is clicked, a pop-up is shown. But this one is empty.
Normally, once you click this button, you would see the content of the cart.
See image here https://ibb.co/ct278kZHere is the link to the product page.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

KeymasterHi xs4sw,
It looks like you are using a custom built product page. It was made with Elementor and missing a lot of the default WooCommerce elements, classes and IDs.
The theme was built to work exclusively with WP Bakery Page Builder, not Elementor. I can see the product is actually added to the cart, but it’s not automatically updated via AJAX because of the missing WooCommerce elements.
In your case the best solution would be to disable the “AJAX add to cart on single product” option under Theme Options > Shop.

KeymasterCan’t replicate the problem from the picture. It looks absolutely fine on our end on both mobile and tablet.
The only problem I see is the text “Bio Anfangsmilch 1 (0-6 Monate) / Säuglingsmilchnahrung” overlapping the image and also the image alignment. However, we can’t really tell what’s causing it as the cart design is heavily modified, just like the rest of the site.
