Not really sure what do you mean. Basically menus in Lafka work the same way as with any other WordPress theme. You’d need to create a menu and assign it to the proper position (main menu, top left, top right, footer menu etc.)

Do you have a menu assigned to the desired position?

This is not theme related. You’d need to enable what’s available on the left in the page “Screen options” (white button in the top right corner of the menus page).
