WHen I update Categories in Woo Commerce, it doesn’t update in the them to these categories, so when I go to create menus using these categories. They arent there. I still just have the DIY, Tutorials, Uncat categories to create menu items with. How can I change these, or have them update.

Post categories and Product categories are different things. “DIY, Tutorials, Uncat” are blog categories. The product categories are in different tab when you edit the menu.

This is not even theme related. It’s how WordPress and WooCommerce work.
