No, I am afraid that would not be possible, as the addons are part of the add to cart form, so they should be always inside it.

Is it also possible to add quantity for the addons?
For example; from a group of addons, there are 4 options and we allow customers to add 2 options. It works if the customer chooses different options, but it can’t be done if they choose an option but want the quantity to become 2. Like this example here https://prnt.sc/AtWOknpdIJxG.

No, that would not be possible too. Addons are not products, so they don’t have stock management and quantities.
