ResolvedChange the title of footer menus

I followed all the steps to change the title of the footer menus (menu names in demo: Information, Extras, etc) but it did not work out.
In addition to that there are two menus that are locked completely I can’t even find them in the Menus list of the website to edit them (menu names in demo : “have a question?”, “payment options”).

Hello youssefaiman2000,
These are standard widgets assigned to the footer sidebar. You can change their data under Appearance > Widgets.
