    DO THEY HAVE CHAT FEATURE?

    – customer can chat the specific branch where he ordered if there is a concern in the order.

    Hi boredegg.bfhomes,

    I am afraid that’s not theme related. You’d probably need to find a suitable third-party chat plugin and assign the branch managers as chat agents.
