ParticipantHello,
We have a problem with the template configuration and we don’t know how to solve it.
When we are in the cart, the botton which is needed to be pressed to go to the checkout page does not appear, and if we go directly to the checkout page, the botton to end the purchase does not appear too. How can we make them visible for the web visitors in order to let them buy on the web.
Ous website is cobsandtops.com
Thank you.November 17, 2020 at 9:07 am #27174Althemist
KeymasterHello xavafi,
This is not theme related. It sounds like your default WooCommerce pages are not properly set. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and make sure ALL pages there are properly set to the right one.

ParticipantIt seems correctly setted, do you know what else can cause that problem or how can we solve it?

KeymasterCan’t really tell without seeing the problem “live”. If you give us temporary admin access to your site, we can check what could be wrong there.

KeymasterYou can use any dummy e-mail (e.g. – example@example.com) and just give us the username and password here (don’t forget to mark the “set as private reply” checkbox). Just make sure it’s an administrator role account.

ParticipantHi,
We have seen that the problem continue happening, have you tryed to solve it or you couldn’t yet?
I’m asking that because we are going to inaugurate our shop next Saturday, and it would be important to hace the website working.
If it is not possible to solve it please tell us as soon as possible and we will try to find other options to try to solve that problem.
Thanks.November 24, 2020 at 10:40 am #27351Althemist
KeymasterHello xavafi,
So sorry for the late reply.
As I suspected, your pages are not properly set. It looks like both the cart and the checkout shortcodes are in the same page.
Also, your checkout page contains the both the My Account shortcode and the Checkout shortcode.
I’d suggest removing the Shop, My Account, Cart and Checkout pages and then create them by clicking on “Create default WooCommerce pages” under WooCommerce > Status > Tools.
After that check again the WooCommerce settings and make sure all pages are set correctly (the Shop page setting is located under WooCommerce > Settings > Products and the other pages are set under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced
