I know this might be out of the scope of your support, but would know by any chance, how I could move the checkout review order so it would be on the same level as the delivery/pickup time plugin form?

Can’t really tell, as we can’t see the code, but looking at the picture I’d say it would not be possible. It looks like the form is located above the checkout content. They are in different containers, so they can’t really be aligned.

May be it’s possible to edit the hook placing the form, but you’d need to consult that with the plugin support.
