In the checkout page under additional information, shop is appearing, I want the checkout page to be clean without shop under it. How can I remove it? Did I set it up somewhere in the settings? as I do not see this problem in your demo.

I have problem with stripe payment system in checkout page.

When you choose to pay via Stripe it does not show tabs where you have to enter credit card details.

After I hit Place order I get error Payment processing failed. Please retry. because there was no data.
But then stripe card tabs appear where you can enter information and its working.

Hello MrL,

It looks like your default WooCommerce page are not properly set. May be your checkout page is also set to be used as a shop page (WooCommerce > Settings > Products). This is not theme related. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and make sure all pages are properly set there as well as the main shop page under WooCommerce > Settings > Products.

For the Stripe payment method – we can’t tell what could be wrong by looking at a partial screenshot. Most probably your payment methods are not properly set OR there is a JS error on your checkout page (probably caused by the other problem with default pages).

Yes, it was a configuration problem, thanks.
But I change it to check out the page because it was redirecting me to that page when I was hitting the checkout. But maybe at that moment setting in the advanced tab was yet not correct.

Also, I can’t send a private reply to you here. I get this error: ERROR: Duplicate reply detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that.

Also, there is no search option in this forum, so I can’t find if anyone had the same issue. It will save you time.

Search in the top menu its for a blog post as I understand.

All problems are gone and everything looks fine with the check out page.
