Hi! I have a strange problem. When I try to complete an order on my site the checkout page refresh itself.
I add to my basket an item, I complete the form, I confirm the order and the page goes back to the form!!! But on the orders I can see the order… So is the endpoint missed? I can’t understand.. Thanks

Hi ,

There is a 500 error thrown on your website when trying to checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t tell what’s causing it, as it’s an Internal Server Error.

Could be caused by some server setting incompatibility OR some third-party plugin, but definitely not theme related.

If you have some “security” related plugins I’d start from there.

Unfortunately, that’s the most we can do in this case.
