ParticipantHi.
When accessing a product from the category “JUS” from my website, it is very slow :
https://merepastel.com/categorie/jus/I also want to know how to change the colors of the headers icons because it is brown on brown on hover.
Can you help me about theses issues please ?
thanks in advance.October 27, 2021 at 2:51 pm #31941Althemist
KeymasterHi syndiaye,
1. The service icons background color on hove is the same color assigned for the main menu background.
The only way to change the background color would be with CSS. As for the icons main color – there is a setting for this under Theme Options > Header area > Header Services Icons Color
2. Is this slow loading only on products from that category?
Best regards,

KeymasterYes, you can, but why would you do that if there is an admin option?
That’s really strange. Could you, please give us temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong with that specific category?

KeymasterHi syndiaye,
We looked at your site and didn’t found something suspicious at first sight.
The issue might be related with one of the plugins. To test that please disable plugins one by one and check after each deactivation will the problem disappear.
Also please enable WP log debug, so we can investigate any PHP errors. You can do that by adding following to your wp-config.php:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
This way the errors still won’t be shown on the screen, but will be kept in the log.
