Hi,

can you help me with my problem?
I have created a new combo called “Burger Pack”.

On the PC (desktop variant) everything works wonderfully.
On the smartphone (mobile version) the error message “Temporarily unavailable” comes up.
Why? I do not understand. Screenshots atteched.

Hi dominic.peer,

I see it as unavailable even on Desktop. Most probably some of the products in the combo are out of stock OR you have set a minimum quantity that is bigger than the stock available.

If the problem persists, please provide temporary admin access, so we can check what else could be wrong.

Hi,

ah yes exactly. i thought only it works on the desktop variant, because when i was logged in the backend everything fit.
Exactly this realization brought me then also the solution. The 3 products of the combos, so “Sides”, “Burgers” and “Drinks” i marked as private. Thus, these were only visible to me and so clearly temporarily unavailable for the customers.

So the issue is solved. I have already corrected everything.
