Dear,
Yith Multistep Checkout Manager cannot be used. I have disabled all plugins (Lafka plugin as well) and the checkout process is not working. I have tried other websites with the same version of the Yith plugin and it works great.
I think it is a compatibility issue with the theme.
Can you help me?

The checkout keeps loading and never ends the load.

Hi evox.uy,
It sounds like a JS error on your checkout page. Unfortunately, we can’t just guess what could be wrong.
Please, provide a working link where we can check the problem “live”.

Could you please give us a copy of the plugin, so we can test it. There is something on your site trying to load but it fails. Unfortunately we can’t tell what it is if we don’t have the plugin for local tests.

Hi Gabriel.
Sorry for the late reply. We have found the problem. An update with fix will be released shortly. The problem was actually with the plugin itself. It changes a lot of things and they have theme-specific fixes for many themes in their own code (includign the default Storefront theme).
