ResolvedComplianz GDPR Cookie Banner Issues

    I posted a question about the problem I am having with a cookie banner from Complianz with the Rigid Theme on Tuesday 19th of November at 16:25. I had an email to say the support request was awaiting moderation but nothing since then and the support request is still not on the forum.

    Is there a problem with my support request?

    The issue is with the Complianz GDPR Cookie Banner plugin When using the soft cookie wall setting to grey out the website behind the cookie notification, then you do not see the cookie banner until you scroll down to the footer section of the page (where the footer section is greyed out). This happens wherever you choose to place the cookie banner (top, floating left, bottom, etc…).

    Also, if not using the soft cookie wall and choosing the display position “Top” then the cookie banner is covered by the collapsible pre-header section.

    I appreciate this may not be an issue with the Rigid theme but if you could explain why this behaviour occurs with Rigid and not other themes I can pass that on to the plugin developer

Hello everybody! Please, accept our sincere appologies for the delaeyd support last 2 weeks. One of our team members was diagnosed with Covid-19 and we were isolated without the chance to leave home or access our office.
