Hi,

I have purchased the Zass Theme today and I am having some difficulties with the WP Bakery Page Builder. Please help me.

1) Content Slider will not add to page. I can find it in the add element section, but then it does not show on the page.
2) the icon box is not showing in the WP Bakery Page Builder. I can set it and then it shows on the page – just not visible in the editing space (a bit annoying)

And then I also have a question where can I set the Header Transparent. Theme Options -> Header Area Shows no such option.

We have just checked and it seems like everything works absolutely fine with the content slider and icon boxes.

Could you, please provide more information? Exactly where and what “does not show on the page”?

As for the transparent header – this is not a general/site-wide setting.

It must be set for each standard page in the page settings. For the Blog page and Shop page the setting is located in the respective tab of the theme options.
