ParticipantHi,
We are having an issue with running/using Convertplus on the Zass theme. It seems to be causing some issues in the editor and affecting the submissions on the frontend (the form will not submit).
See the issue at the bottom of the page here (the submission form):
Any ideas why this is happening?

KeymasterHello cody109,
We have already answered in your other topic.
It looks like your site is not even using our theme, so we can’t check what’s causing the conflict.

ParticipantIt is using the Zass child theme. See screenshot:

Please advise on what we can do to address this issue. Thanks!

KeymasterHello cody109,
It looks like it’s so heavily modified, that we can’t really tell what could be wrong there.
Also, it looks like you’re using really aggressive caching on the site, so it’s practically impossible to track problems. Caching could be one of the problems there, as the ConvertPlus plugin heavily relies on JS.
BTW, what happened with your license problem? Did you delete it by accident or it was something else?

ParticipantWe have tried turning the caching off but that did not solve the issue.
I’m not sure what happened with the license. Yesterday, your system wouldn’t allow me to add it but I could today.

KeymasterCould you, please leave the caching (and minification) OFF and tell us exactly where the pop up is? Is it supposed to be triggered automatically on page load/exit intent or triggered by some link? We just can’t see it and test it.

ParticipantOkay, I have disabled Wp Fastest Cache for now. The modal is located at the bottom of this blog post (inline):

KeymasterHey cody109,
It looks more like a problem with your form, not a JS conflicts. You submit button doesn’t look connected to a function. Even the form validation doesn’t work there. The button triggers nothing.
What kind of errors in the editor you got? Could you please explain a bit more about this part “seems to be causing some issues in the editor and affecting the submissions on the frontend”?
Did tried discussing the problem with the guys from BrainstormForce support team? Any leads in the error log on your site?

ParticipantI discussed it with the Brainstorm Force team and they said it was an issue with the theme. When I try a different theme, it seems to work okay.
As far as the editor, much of the styling features aren’t working correctly. I had to style it using CSS to get it to look the way it should. I removed the CSS and now you can see how it looks.
