    I am not able to configure international shipping on country or state based, IT is getting enable only on pincode based so can you please help me to configure international shipping on country and state based. please find the below screen shot for your reference.

    I am afraid that’s not theme related and it goes far beyond the scope of our technical support. You’d probably need to ask in the WooCommerce support forums.
