ParticipantI have following 3 issues with CSS/UI of the theme. Please see these video. screen record video
1. Broken CSS of Search button of the widget.
2. Products are always invisible until I zoom out/in. It is same on Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge. Also tried on several different PC/Laptops, same issue happens. But for some reason mobile view is fine. Checked on mobile browsers and it works.
3. On the home page, when zoom in and zoom out on the middle of the page, then scroll back to the top, top banner (slider under the header) breaks and repeats several times. Please fix those bugs as soon as possible.

KeymasterHello otgoo,
These are not “bugs”. It looks like your using a system/plugin that hide and change the original file paths, so the styles and scripts can’t be loaded properly and in the correct sequence.
As you can see everything works fine on the theme demo.

ParticipantSorry. I was missing your reply.
I use few standard most popular plugins. I don`t face any issue with those plugins on my other 6 websites. Their theme is from 6 different theme providers. I face such issue only with Babystreet theme. Can you please help me to solve this issue? How to troubleshoot more? How to find root cause and how to fix it?July 6, 2022 at 12:25 pm #34315Althemist
KeymasterIf you give us your site URL and temporary admin access, we may try to investigate this for you.

KeymasterAs we already said, it looks like your using a plugin that hide and change the original file paths, so the styles and scripts can’t be loaded properly and in the correct sequence. The theme’s JS and CSS are loaded from a modified path instead of the default WordPress structure.

ParticipantHi checked by disabling all other plugins but issue (Products are always invisible until I zoom out/in. It is same on Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge. Also tried on several different PC/Laptops, same issue happens) is still there. This is something WRONG with theme. Please check it and help me to solve this issue. I`m ready to spend for paid support to solve this issue. It really blocks customer purchase.

KeymasterHello otgoo,
This is definitely NOT “something wrong with the theme”, as you can see on the theme demo. I have alredy explained several times, that your wordpress installation is loading the theme resources in wrong sequence and from the wrong path.
For example – your site loads the theme CSS from “imeeshee/style.css”
while it must be loaded from “wp-content/themes/babystreet/style.css”

Participant1. I use WP-Hide plugin on my several websites without any issue. They all have different themes from different providers.
2. Anyway I understand this might trigger in issue. That`s why I tried with disabling additional plugins including WP-Hide. But issue is still there. It would be great if you can help me where exactly the issue happens. I`m continue asking your support because all my other web sites with different themes works fine. So I assume issue is with theme. Could you please access to website once again and help me to find which plugin or configuration causes the issue? You can enable disable anything on my site to troubleshoot this issue. PLEASE.

KeymasterI can see the path is still “imeeshee/style.css”, so it looks like WP-Hide is not disabled. However, we noticed everything works fine now on your website. The products appear as they should.
Maybe something that was cached is now refreshed when you tried disabling/enabling plugins, so it works fine already.

ParticipantYes. I fixed issue myself after long troubleshooting. It wasn`t any plugins conflict issue at all. There was little CSS fix was required. I enabled back WP-Hide plugin after fixing CSS. I think your support need to work more on your themes.
