Hi, I bought the theme and now I am failing at instalation (I want to use the preloaded imported data) so I am willing to pay and have the theme installed just as is in the demo https://rigid.althemist.com/wc-marketplace/ I know it maybe be an extra charge for this… so how can we make this happen?

Yes, we can do this for you if you don’t feel comfortable doing it by yourself. It would be exactly as the demo website, except for the existing vendor accounts as they can not be imported.

If you want us to do this, the price will $50. We’d need access to your hosting panel (cPanel), FTP access details and your preferred admin username, password and e-mail.

The payment should be made upfront by PayPal with the transfer fees on your behalf.

Hi could you help me? The announcements section its not working properly and I do not know how to create another support topic here.

The trouble is that everytime I send a message only to one vendor, the announcement is received in all announcements vendors sections.

Please help
