When I want to customize my theme there is no choice concerning the columns of the shop or customization vis-à-vis search elements.

In addition, my general Shop page does not have any products, unlike the category shop.

Do you have a solution for the shop?

Hello Bebedor,

Basically the shop page content can’t be customized. It’s how WooCommerce work.

You can set the columns and some other things under Theme Options > Shop.

Not really sure what do you mean about the “customization of search elements”. Could you, please explain more?

As for the shop page not having any products, check if it’s properly set under WooCommerce > Settings > Products.

You can create product categories from the Dashboard -> Products -> Categories.

Hello Bebedor,

Categories display must be enabled in the Menu page screen options (top-right of the menus page).

This is not theme related. It’s a core WordPress functionality.
